Our creations: Haut-Médoc wines, for epicureans.
True to the values of Bordeaux blends, we make wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, bringing out the character of each vintage.
Our wines are authentic and reflect the terroirs of the Haut-Médoc, as well as our know-how. They are born first and foremost in the land of the Médoc, and our fundamental decisions are made on the ground, in the vineyards. This is why our team members work together with a common goal: to extract the full potential of our land, to produce Bordeaux wines with a unique profile.

“The 2019 Château Fontesteau has a beautiful deep colour with purple hues. Its nose gives off expressive aromas of ripe black fruits and flowers such as violets. On the palate, it is full, opulent and powerful, with an assertive and precise tannic structure, synonymous with a character only found in great years.“

Alcohol : 13.5 % / vol

“This beautifully dark coloured wine offers an exuberant palette of aromas on the nose with a generous variety of fruit. There are notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, and then soft, mingling oaky aromas complementing this attractive fruit-packed bouquet.
In the mouth Fontesteau 2018 shows a lot of character and strength but the carefully-mastered vinification has softened the tannic structure. This is a powerful and well-balanced wine, generous on the fruit, reflecting the great quality of this exceptional vintage.”
